Dorothy Paredes, Founder & President
Dorothy's experiences as a 3-time cancer thriver drove her to form The Atrium Foundation. Dorothy graduated from St. Edward's University with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management and is a Technology Program Manager. She is an advocate for breast and ovarian cancer awareness, where as a volunteer for organizations such as The KK125 Foundation, The Breast Cancer Resource Center, and The Susan G. Komen Foundation, she has given public testimony, fund-raised, and volunteered to support their missions.
She is the author of 26 & Fu¢ked and is open for speaking engagements or attending support group sessions.
Diane Freeman, Development Officer
Diane will support fundraising, marketing, and event planning. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from the University of Houston. She spent 24 years in the hospitality industry, focused on managing restaurants, organizing events, and community relations.

Alicia Wilson, Treasurer & Compliance Director
Alicia will ensure we meet the requirements of a 501(c)3 non-profit. She is currently the controller and human resources administrator for Longnecker & Associate’s Houston office. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. She is also a member of the American Business Women’s Association, Texas Business Women’s Association, and American Society of Women Accountants.
Alicia has over 20 years of accounting, finance administration, and management experience. She has led companies through change and challenges toward profitable growth. She is a strategic problem solver who envisions smart solutions and executes them with urgency across all levels of the organization.

Renee Trepagnier
Renee believes that people are stronger together. She enjoys connecting people who are just starting out with others who can help them. She cares deeply about social justice and environmentalism and never misses a chance to practice a little self-care.
Renee is the co-founder of Here I Am Box a B-Corp committed to empowering independent artists dedicated to sustainable and responsible practices. We prioritize eco-conscious practices by primarily sourcing from small, ethical brands that align with our values of sustainability, fair trade, and minimal environmental impact. Our products are carefully curated to ensure they meet stringent eco-friendly criteria, utilizing recycled or biodegradable materials whenever possible. Moreover, Here I Am Box actively reduces waste by employing thoughtful packaging choices and encouraging reuse or recycling. We promote transparency by sharing the stories behind our products, fostering a connection between consumers and the artists or makers, emphasizing ethical production processes.
