The Atrium Foundation strives to be a trusted resource within the Cancer Support Community, where We are deeply committed to using contributions for our beneficiaries and to keep the organization running. Our foundation organization structure is made up of all volunteers who dedicate their time, talent, and resources to its mission.
Initially, The Atrium Foundation was funded by The Isaac Z. and Dorothy L. Paredes Family and The Thomas E. and Penny Lichenstein Family where the intention was to found as a private foundation. In order to support expanding our capacity to (1) increase the number of beneficiaries, (2) add new programs to our model, and (3) hold ourselves to the same standards as public charities, The Atrium Foundation submitted our Form 990 to be recognized as a public charity in February 2021.
As of May 2021, we are an official 501(c)3 recognized by the IRS!
As we are also deeply committed to transparency, we will keep our website updated with a view into our Financials, below you can view our Year to Date Financials. We will also make visible our Annual Reports and Financial Statement as they are created.
