Welcome to the website (atriumfoundation.org) of The Atrium Foundation (“the Foundation,” "our," "we," or "us"). This User Agreement and Privacy Policy sets forth the conditions for your use of this Site and was created to ensure the confidence of visitors ("you" or "your") to our Site and any sites that link to this Privacy Policy. The Foundation may modify this User Agreement and Privacy Policy in the future, so please check this page regularly.
We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on our Site, and we are not responsible for any damages of any sort, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of our Site or reliance on the information available on our Site.

Privacy Policy

The Foundation does not sell information about visitors to its website. The Foundation assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site. The Limitations of Liability and Governing Law Sections of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall survive any such termination.
Severance and Waiver
You acknowledge and agree that if any provision of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Furthermore, if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision.
The Foundation's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by the Foundation.
Governing Law
This User Agreement and Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Each party hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
